By creating an account or using TailorCV, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TailorCV is an AI-powered resume and cover letter tailoring tool. We use your profile information and job descriptions you provide to generate customized career documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Your account is for your individual use only -- you may not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. Each account may only be used to generate documents for the account holder; you may not use TailorCV to produce resumes or cover letters on behalf of other individuals.
You retain ownership of all profile information and content you submit. By using TailorCV, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
The Pro plan is billed at $9.99/month. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
You agree not to misuse TailorCV. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the service, submitting false or misleading information, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
TailorCV offers unlimited resume and cover letter generation for Pro subscribers for normal, personal use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit automated, bot-like, or otherwise abusive usage patterns that exceed reasonable personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, programmatic access, bulk generation via scripts, or sustained activity significantly beyond what a single job seeker would reasonably need.
TailorCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated resumes will result in job interviews or offers. Results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailorCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TailorCV after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
